Joël Meijering, CEO and CTO of Celemation, started his career in 2012 by working as a software developer for Worth Internet Systems, which grew rapidly from 10 employees in 2012 to around 40 employees in 2023.

From 2015 to 2018 he worked at PestScan B.V. where he was responsible for a mobile application used for streamlining business processes, which at the time was relied upon by over 100 000 business users. In 2018, the PestScan software was the most popular in its class in 5 countries.

Between 2019 and 2022 he worked at Reboocon Bionics B.V., where he was responsible for the mobile application accompanying a motorized bionic knee prosthesis. The Reboocon Intuy Knee is currently the most widely used powered knee prosthesis in the world.

Advisors

Gerard Hegemans is CEO of SBIC Noordwijk and has over 25 years of experience as a managing director in the field of mathematical and simulation software. He ran the Benelux representation of MATLAB and Simulink, mathematical software that had more than 4 million users worldwide in 2020. He subsequently ran the Benelux representation of COMSOL, a leader in Multiphysics FEA software.

Martijn Leinweber is COO of SBIC Noordwijk and has been guiding entrepreneurs in business incubators since 2006. Since 2010 he is managing the ESA BIC Noordwijk programme.

Arjan Sollie from the engineering firm Enviso is working with Celemation on early pilots. Mr. Sollie provides feedback and insights into industry specifics in the civil engineering industry, which is one of the target markets for the Celemation RAS100 system.

Hanno Kant from Appglos B.V. has proven invaluable as an advisor. Appglos develops land survey software. Mr. Kant has extensive knowledge of civil engineering and construction, which he gained from running civil engineering and contracting firms.

Jeroen Mes, partner at TSM Partners, has over 25 years of experience as CEO/MD of multiple corporations and is now focusing on coaching young entrepreneurs. At TSM Partners, Mr. Mes is helping businesses with restructuring, turnarounds, restarts, strategic growth, scaling up, internationalization and management buy-in or buy-out. TSM Partners also invests in the businesses they work with, taking on some of the risks of their clients.
